How To Design A Feng Shui Patio In Your Garden

Article by Wicker Paradise

A patio can be an important part of your feng shui garden, and when properly done it can be a great place to entertain guests. One of the first parts of making your patio feng shui is to free it up of clutter and to make sure the paths are free and open, with none of the patio furniture blocking the way.

If a patio is small it will share the bagua of your garden, but if it is large enough it can have its own unique bagua that can complement that of your garden and strengthen it just as the bagua of your garden strengthens that of your home.

The right corner of a patio is love, and it is best suited by the wood and water elements. You should also do pairs of everything if possible, so a pair of wicker chairs would be a perfect fit here. Reds, pinks, and whites are the best colors to enhance love.

The left corner of a patio represents your money, and the best element for this is metal. The colors that go with this are purple, red, and gold. Try placing a large metal wind chime here that features those colors.

The center of the garden is your reputation, and the wood element is also a good element to put here. Use reds, oranges, and greens to enhance this part of your life and enjoy socializing in your new feng shui garden!
