  1. Be flexible – With a newborn, you will not be able to workout every day or at the same time each day, but you can get in a workout when possible. Start off by taking advantage of your baby’s nap time. You could wake up 30 minutes early and workout while your baby naps.
  2. Be efficient with your workouts – Since you don’t have a lot of time, make sure you get the most out of the time you have. Look at investing in some kettlebells and have a short interval workout that you can get done in 15 minutes. Later on in the day if you feel like you have some time, look at adding another 15-minute Home workouts are the best as they don’t involve dressing up and traveling to the gym.
  3. Ask for help – Ask a family member or your partner to watch or feed your baby for 30 minutes so that you can get in your daily workout.

Put on your workout clothes – Wear your workout clothes in the morning. Once your workout clothes are on, you just have to find the time to do your workout. Wearing your workout clothes gives you at least an extra 10 minutes since you don’t have to waste time getting changed.
