- Be flexible – With a newborn, you will not be able to workout every day or at the same time each day, but you can get in a workout when possible. Start off by taking advantage of your baby’s nap time. You could wake up 30 minutes early and workout while your baby naps.
- Be efficient with your workouts – Since you don’t have a lot of time, make sure you get the most out of the time you have.
